Return policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns of unused, undamaged insulated stainless steel cups and ceramic cups within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@diningroomsltd.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number, including your order number and reason for return.
- Package the item securely and clearly label the package with the RA number.
- Ship the return to our address (below) – customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
- Exchanges: Available for size/color substitutions (if in stock) – contact support to arrange before shipping your return.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging, and we will cover return shipping costs + issue a full refund or replacement.
