Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns of unused, undamaged insulated stainless steel cups and ceramic cups within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original packaging with all tags/accessories intact.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@diningroomsltd.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. Package the item securely and clearly label the package with the RA number.
  3. Ship the return to our address (below) – customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: Available for size/color substitutions (if in stock) – contact support to arrange before shipping your return.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging, and we will cover return shipping costs + issue a full refund or replacement.
